Innovative IT Company is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. Ideal candidate is an enthusiastic individual with a great attitude. The position requires general office support and performing a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

Job Duties:

  • Answering multi-line phone and address calls as needed
  • Provide a high level of customer service and build a personal rapport with clients
  • Administrative support
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Shipping and receiving deliveries
  • Supply management
  • Run errands
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Computer & Technologically Savvy
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor and display a professional image
  • Valid driver’s license and transportation
