A Message from Computer Business CEO, Clinton Pownall, Regarding COVID-19

The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared COVID-19 a pandemic.  While this is alarming, it is not a cause for immediate panic.  As a precaution, it is advisable that your organization is prepared to work remotely to prevent the loss of productivity.

Many organizations have advised their employees to utilize Remote Workplace Policies, especially in areas where the virus infections are increasing, or in a large populous region to minimalize the spread of the virus.

All Computer Business clients have the ability to work remotely, and many are already utilizing these services.

Remote Workplace allows your employees using secure encryption through the Internet to access their internal networks and resources including their office workstations.  This will create an environment as if they are working in the office.   Although it is always advisable to not use public WiFi, the encrypted connection ensures the company resources are always protected.

We encourage our clients to be ready to execute Remote Workplace services in the coming weeks.  Please contact us if you are interested in enabling Remote Workplace or increasing your current remote users.

Thank you for continuing to let us serve you as your IT Business partner.
